Should an issue arise with your Joolz pram and you need your pram serviced and/or you have a request, please contact us by emailing or where one of our excellent support staff will assist you.

We strongly recommend you to ask for your original purchase receipt from the store of purchase and keep this as proof of purchase. We will need the receipt in case of any service/guarantee request. Alongside this, please also provide a video/photo of the issue with your pram so we can assess this for you.
